Story Policy

  • Once an order is placed on the website it can be cancelled within 24 hours via email request.
  • We accept returns/exchanges on unlit candles from our regular line in their original packaging and condition, a photo of which must be shared with us on our FB or Instagram handle along with the order ID. If, for some reason, a customer changes their mind about returning any products, the buyer is responsible for the delivery charge both ways.
  • We do not accept returns, refund or cancellations for custom made orders, any advance paid for the order in non-refundable.
  • We attempt to display product images on our website as best as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see will always be the same, as it varies on different screens.
  • We only provide discounts on our original priced products with our Glaroma Gift Code. No further discounts will be applied on sale items or gift sets/boxes. Items on sale are non-refundable.
  • All the Fragrance Oils & Essential Oils requires pre-payment for order confirmation. No returns accepted for opened fragrance or essential oils.
  • We maintain the right to alter or change store policies at any time.
